These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PKR388 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By accessing PKR388, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — and legally permitted to gamble in your location. One account per person. Providing false information at registration is a serious breach of these terms.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements, game restrictions and expiry dates that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. Each promotion's specific terms take precedence over general bonus guidelines where they differ.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR where available. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. The platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PKR388 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account that you have failed to secure.
Fraud, collusion, abuse of bonuses, use of automated betting software, multi-accounting and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed. Disputes are subject to the operator's internal complaints procedure in the first instance. PKR388 does not submit to Pakistani jurisdiction for regulatory purposes.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PKR388 ("PKR388", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). PKR388 is an international online gaming platform that provides sports betting, live casino games and slot products to eligible players worldwide.
These Terms apply to all use of the PKR388 website and any associated mobile interfaces or applications. By accessing or using PKR388 in any way — including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the PKR388 platform.

These Terms may be supplemented by additional terms applicable to specific games, promotions or features. Where any supplementary terms conflict with these Terms, the supplementary terms will govern in relation to the specific product or promotion to which they apply.
PKR388 operates a strict minimum age policy. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction — to open an Account, deposit funds or place any wager. PKR388 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification.
PKR388 does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing this platform is lawful in your location. Access to PKR388 from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the PKR388 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If PKR388 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited and real-money balances withheld pending investigation.
Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of PKR388, its parent company, subsidiaries or software providers are not eligible to open player accounts or participate in promotions without express prior written consent.
To use the PKR388 platform you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. PKR388 accepts no liability for losses or complications arising from inaccurate or out-of-date information in your Account profile.
PKR388 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. PKR388 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
As part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations, PKR388 requires players to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed, and reserves the right to request verification at any point.
Verification typically requires one or more of the following documents:
You must never submit altered, obscured, forged or falsified documents. All documents must be submitted through PKR388's secure HTTPS verification portal only. Never send identity documents via unsecured chat, email or third-party links.
PKR388 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals or gameplay pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Players who fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may have their Account closed and their balance returned to their deposit method, subject to AML requirements.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the PKR388 cashier at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. PKR388 accepts deposits in PKR where available; exchange rates and conversion fees may apply for other currencies.
The mention of payment methods commonly used by Pakistani players — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — within the platform is for informational context only. PKR388 does not represent that any of these providers endorse gambling or that gambling transactions are permissible under their respective terms of service. Players must verify this independently.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits, or as otherwise determined by PKR388's payment team at its discretion. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier; PKR388 does not guarantee specific processing times.
PKR388 reserves the right to return a deposit to its origin and close an Account if there is reason to believe the deposit violates these Terms, applicable law or the platform's AML policy.
PKR388 does not currently charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or currency conversion charges. Any such charges are solely your responsibility.
Promotional offers are open only to eligible registered players as specified in each promotion's individual terms. PKR388 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (where applicable) and expiry period are set out in each promotion's specific terms. Players must read individual promotion terms before claiming any offer.
Example: A PKR 5,000 welcome bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires you to place PKR 100,000 in qualifying bets before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money funds are not subject to wagering requirements.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, real-money funds in your balance are used before bonus funds when placing wagers.
Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim the same promotion multiple times, hedging bets between accounts or placing bets that do not qualify but appear designed to meet wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms. PKR388 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close Accounts in such cases.
Each betting market and game type on the PKR388 platform is governed by specific rules governing bet settlement, void conditions, dispute resolution and maximum payout limits. These rules are available within the platform's help section and within individual game interfaces.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or incorrect odds being published, PKR388 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. PKR388's decisions on bet settlement are final subject to the complaints process set out in Section 16.
Maximum win limits per bet, per day or per market may apply. These limits are published within the platform and may be updated from time to time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PKR388 platform:
PKR388 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any Account found to be in breach of this section, to void all associated wagers and bonuses and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
All content on the PKR388 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content and databases — is the intellectual property of PKR388 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any platform content without PKR388's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR388 shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
PKR388 is committed to responsible gambling. The platform provides tools enabling players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from within your Account dashboard.
Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. We encourage all players to set personal limits before depositing and to use self-exclusion promptly if gambling causes financial or personal harm.

PKR388 uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data and does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
PKR388 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification with reasonable advance notice before taking effect.
Your continued use of the PKR388 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the applicable gaming licence is incorporated and/or licensed. PKR388 does not represent that this jurisdiction is Pakistan, and these Terms do not submit to Pakistani jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint regarding your Account, a bet settlement or any platform service, you should first contact PKR388 customer support via live chat or email. PKR388 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution body applicable in the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as notified by the operator.
